Want to be a Vendor?

Step 1 - Read the Rock Creek Market Guidelines for Vendors  HERE.
Step 2 - Download the 2012 Market Vendor application from HERE. (required from all vendors)
              You must down load, to fill out the Application Form on your computer.
              You can also print and fill out by hand.

Baking and prepared food vendors will need to fill out this additional one page form HERE.

 Seasonal Vendors

• You pay a flat fee of $75 for the season. This makes you a member of the Rock Creek Market and eligible to attend all vendor meetings.It also makes you a member of Discover Rock Creek and you are covered under the general insurance policy.
• Food vendors will be responsible for their own product liability insurance.

• You can become a permanent vendor any time!

Daily Vendors

• You pay a flat fee of $15 per week you attend. 
• PAYMENT OF FEES IS EXPECTED AT THE TIME SPACE IS ASSIGNED FOR THE DAY. 
• Daily fee is due at the time space is assigned. 
• Available open spaces are assigned, on a first-come/first-served basis to registered vendors first.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED TO PERMANENT OR DAILY VENDORS

Buskers

• Do you play an instrument?
• Do magic?
• Face painting or clowning?  
•  We are looking for people who want to be a busker at the Market
• You pay no fees!

Young Entrepreneurs

• We are interested in promoting budding business people. 
• We have a specific area set aside for for those still in school (<18 please)
• Children under 12 must have an adult present
• They are subject to the same guidelines as the adults, please read  Selling at BC's Farmers Markets, a Guide for New Vendors.
• No charge (however, we have limited spaces, pre-booking is suggested)
